1. Introduction to VDH Investments JSC
VIDIFI Duyen Hai Investment (VDH) Joint Stock Company was established under Certificate of Enterprise Registration No. 0201086857 dated 15 June 2010 by Hai Phong Planning & Investment Department, with two founding members is Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (VIDIFI) and Construction and Mechanics Joint Stock Company (HTM).
The Company’s task is to carry out the construction of infrastructure accompanying with the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Project under Decision No.1621/QD-TTg dated 29 November 2007 by the Prime Minister in Hai Phong; include projects: Cau Cuu Industrial Park, Nam Hai Urban Area, Hung Dao Urban Area. Besides, The company is also deploying projects not under Decision No.1621/QD-TTg is Dinh Vu Service Area.
2. Objective
The investment cooperation aims to find domestic and foreign business partners in Vietnam, who have the financial capacity, experience, and brands operating in the field of investment in urban and industrial projects to exploit effective projects, contribute to recovering the part of capital for the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway project; looking for experienced partners in managing and exploiting public services: rescue stations, maintenance stations at Dinh Vu Service Area.
